Memberships run from August 1 – July 31. Annual membership dues are as follows:
- $75 annually for choirs with annual budgets of $74,999 or less;
- $150 annually for choirs with annual budgets of $75,000 – $249,999;
- $250 annually for choirs with annual budgets of $250,000 or more.

To request that your ensemble join the Consortium, contact Anne Watson Born, Chair, or Bridget Dennis, Administrative Coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Yahoo list serve, which members may use for posting concert notices, asking questions (e.g. about salary guidelines, vendors, etc) and advocacy for the arts. Consortium meetings, during which members regularly exchange information on such topics as:
- Audience development
- Public relations and advertising
- Organizational structure
Guest speakers frequently address meetings as well.
One of the Consortium’s most popular promotional projects is a joint program book insert listing member choruses’ upcoming concerts. Members who have paid their 2017-18 dues are invited to submit their listing copy on the member page by 8/15/17.
