GBCC maintains a limited number of dynamically served ad slots on our website available to those who provide services and products relevant to our consortium members and website users (“Advertisers”).
Right to Approve Advertisers
GBCC reserves the right to vet and approve Advertisers without any justification or explanation. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information, including rate cards & ad sizes.
You may only use ad creative that you have permission to use. GBCC is not responsible for securing permission or licenses for advertising content.
Right to Approve Content
GBCC reserves the right to approve, request changes, or not run ad creative if we find it objectionable. If the Advertiser does not submit an approved ad creative, GBCC reserves the right to cancel the Insertion Order (IO).
Targeting & 3rd Party Tracking
At this time, advanced targeting and 3rd party tracking codes are not supported.
Full ad creative is required at least five business days before the start of the Ad Campaign and no ad campaign will start before creatives are received and approved.
GBCC reserves the right to cancel the Insertion Order if Ad Creative is not received by 5 days after the planned start date of the Ad Campaign.
If the Advertiser wishes to cancel the advertising campaign, they may do so according to the following schedule:
- If a cancellation is made giving 8 or more days’ notice, you will incur no penalty;
- If a cancellation is made giving 2 – 7 working days’ notice, you agree to pay 50% of the campaign cost;
- If a cancellation is made giving 24 hours’ notice or less, you agree to pay 100% of the campaign cost; and
- If a cancellation is made on or after the campaign commencement date, you agree to pay 100% of the campaign cost.
Acts of God
GBCC is not responsible for acts of God, including website downtime, unplanned maintenance, or internet outages.
