The GBCC Annual Meeting will be held on

Tuesday, June 8th
4:00 - 5:30 pm
All Saints Parish
(See directions below.)

And please join us for our Pot-Luck Social Hour, immediately following the meeting. This is a wonderful opportunity to get to know your fellow reps. in a relaxed environment, and the food is always good!

Annual Meeting Agenda:

* review the Treasurer's report & budget
* elect the Board of Directors for 2010-2011
* review Consortium policies & procedures,
including membership renewal & promotional projects
* open forum: let your voice be heard!

So do plan to come to this important meeting - we need you!
And bring a favorite food/drink to share, if you'd like (ready-to-serve, as we lack kitchen facilities).
