Pro Musica’s repertoire consists of great works of the choral canon – from medieval and Renaissance works, to works by Baroque masters, classical works and contemporary ones.
performances
Typically two performances per year (December and May), usually with professional soloists and chamber musicians. A sub-group of the chorus rehearses madrigals and a capella work over the summer.
rehearsals
Tuesday evenings from 7:30-9:45pm at the Harvard Unitarian Universalist Church (9 Ayer Rd., Harvard, MA, at intersection of MA Rts 110 and 111)
Formed in 1969 by 18 enthusiastic singers, Harvard Pro Musica has been in continuous existence ever since and has grown to about 60 members from Harvard and a dozen other neighboring towns.
